This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application Lister (hereinafter "the App"), developed and published by Little Tiger Software, handles user data. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Data Handled by the App

The App transcribes audio into text in real time using a speech recognition model that runs entirely on your device. The App handles the following data:

• Audio: When you start a transcription session, the App captures the audio playing on your device (via the Android media projection feature) solely for the purpose of transcribing it into text. The audio is processed in real time and is not retained after the transcription is produced.
• Transcript history: The App stores completed transcriptions. This is a core feature of the App: every time you finish a transcription session, the text is saved to the App's transcript history so you can review, browse, and manage it later. Transcript history is stored locally on your device only.

The App does not collect, upload, or transmit your audio, transcripts, or any other personal information to our servers or to any third party. All speech recognition is performed locally on your device.

2. How We Use Information

• Audio is used only in real time to produce a text transcript and is discarded immediately after processing. It is never stored, uploaded, or sent off your device.
• Transcript history is stored in the App's local storage on your device and is used solely to display and manage your saved transcriptions. It is not sent to us or to any third party.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share any user data with third parties. Because the App does not transmit personal data, there is nothing to share. The App currently does not display third-party advertisements and does not use advertising identifiers.

4. Data Storage and Retention

All user data, including transcript history, is stored locally on your device only. You can delete individual transcripts or clear your entire transcript history at any time within the App. Uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data.

5. Security

Because the App processes and stores data entirely on your device and does not transmit it over the network, there is no data transmission risk. We still take reasonable measures to ensure the App operates securely.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not target children and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
