OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE COMPONENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE COMPONENT.
We may terminate your license to use the Component if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Component and destroy all copies in your possession.
